This is dedicated to everyone who knows me...and did not receive an email because I am too lazy to have your email address...
Word for word:
It is so not the 1st of January 2006!
But it's not too late to right a wrong. I hope.
I'm just gonna keep this mail as short as possible...
"I may be just a person behind the scenes, the girl behind the camera, mikes and slideshows, I may be the girl who talk louder than she should always. I may be the girl who just sigh and do whatever is necessary. I may be the girl who sighs at EVERYTHING! But it doesn't matter right now, cause I want to APOLOGISE to everyone, whether I have offended you directly or indirectly. If you have forgotten the offense, good for you! If not, I am truly very very very very sorry to cause you the trouble or bad-mouthed you or even just gotten angry at you...I am very aware with my temper and I have not exactly been Miss Nice Girl last year and the previous years, so please forgive me. And if you ever catch me being such a sour pout, please nudge me (not literally) and let me know. I think it will help me a lot. Thanks a million times. Really."
That short.
Thank you for your time.

Lest I Forget
I have a tendency now to forget things. Especially after STPM. It is like as if my brain got sapped away by STPM.
I think I need to take anger management classes. Kind of getting too stressed up nowadays till I think my blood pressure is quite high. Another fault that I don't exercise.
Bah.
I better exercise.

Saturday
Wait Ah...Wait Ah..
Days are passing by...with a vengeance of hot weather. And now I am falling sick.
Bah.
Finally could sit down with my nephew and go through the .css stuff. Boy, were they confusing for a while. At least I understand 7/8 of it. Fine. 7 and 1/2.
It seems I'm getting quite miserable nowadays. Instead of doing the right things, I end up doing wrong things and blaming myself for it.
For instance, the GIMP incident. Oh, I am fine already about it. Err...it was quite a knock-out. And I nearly got high blood pressure for it. No, really. I am serious. I really felt as if my blood pressure is rising so high my heart is starting to blame me.
Just hope that Zara still has only four teeth visible. She looks absolutely adorable with it. At least I still can snap her pics before she turn21 2 years old.
Then there are other computer-related incidents which have choices that are made much earlier, but the consequences come late. This too include non-computer incidents.
For example, just a while ago, I was using my sister's com for her Photoshop since the Photoshop in my own PC konked out without absolute reasonable reason. So, I was happily burning my files into a CD (without saving it into the hard drive first) then the process got a little stuck. So fine, I take out the CD-R (which already has the files inside) and then refresh the page...well, what do you know? The thing got stuck with just a wallpaper.
If that is not enough, after resetting the comp, suddenly they cannot detect my keyboard...I'm like *blink blink...so what do I do?
I try resetting again.
Cannot.
Desperate...
Called my nephew. He also unable to help me, he thinks its the motherboard problem. I trust his judgement...so how? I need to fix a video by this weekend. So how?
Fine...I switch off the comp, fiddle with my own PC for a while then switch it on again...well, what do you know? They could detect the keyboard!
#@?*&^! Wow. (FYI, #@?*&! means "what in the blue world?" I thought of blue because it just popped out of my head. Nothing to do with blue films.)
Then there was another thing I was so flighty about.
Gee...I can't remember. I just remembered calling something stupid.
Non-computer incidents?
I should have switched on the mosquito-coil at night.
Bah.

Tuesday
Baby Don't Want Chu-Chu Train
When the day gets hectic, think about kids that don't drive you mad. That is, if you are working in a kindergarten that is.
I take care of 3-year-olds. So far, thank God, all of them have settled down.
Tomorrow we will see thunderstorm with a little of sunshine. It will be 32 degrees Celsius. So please don't forget your umbrellas and sunglasses at the same time.
Screw GIMP.
It just ruined all my best pictures I took of Zara. I hate you, GIMP!
I hate myself sometimes. I should have been listening to warning bells of saving a copy instead!!!!
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HATE YOU GIMP! YOU RUIN MY PICTURES AND ITS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!!!!!
GRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr.

A Not So Silent Night
I'm starting to get busy with scholarships.
Right now, I just don't have the mood to be sarcastic.
My cousies left and maybe everyone will be taking advantage of my time now.
I lost time to be with God and myself. How terrible.
I watched Pride & Prejudice and Flightplan.
P&P was erm...too fast. Events moved too fast. Flightplan was a bit spoiled cause I already knew the ending. Yeah, I shouldn't have let Li Qin spoil it.
I think UCTI is a very nice place to study. I hope.
Lord, teach me to trust You wherever You want me to go.
So, thus goes to a not so silent night.

Cousin Zara. Grew up, didn't she?
Will post another thing another day. More pictures of this cute, scratch-me, "da-da-da", "there!", four-teeth-only...

Sunday
Kissed The Ground And Made It Cry
Today, Blogger is a bit slow.
Or maybe my eyes are just moving slowly after the 4 movies back-to-back I have watched today...yes, just today alone.
Why, you never hear me doing that? Ha.
Good but not so surprising news...I finally got to watch Narnia. Gosh, you know how long I waited for this opportunity? My sister and I were the last two...thank God. We went to GSC in 1U for the first time. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with GSC...seeing that we both ended up in the front row.......in seats far from each other. So for the first time in my movie life, I have finally shut up during a show.
So I watched and listen in awe...one thing good about front row seats is that the only disturbance you will get is the occasional creaking of chair, a little of neck sore but GSC seats weren't that bad cause it was a long back chair...unlike TGV, I need not walk with a tilted head out the cineplex. Anyway, back to the disturbance...oh, there is some occasional whisperings from your neighbours, but I say, no irritating blue/white screen, I repeat, no irritating blue/white screen suddenly popping in front of your eye...I had that ugly experience in watching Return Of The King...I did feel like taking a fly swapper and smack hard on that person's head. Maybe I have should just use my water bottle.
Erm...in case you don't get that..does CELL PHONE makes it clearer?
I have always wanted to be a little more sarcastic and witty when I blog. I do it very well outside blogging, but usually when the page loads, I just get writer's block. But oh well..not now. :P
My aunt, uncle and cousins are coming over in 2 hours...or maybe just in 1 hour's time. Since my cousins are aged 5 and 1.5 old respectively, my dad has no easy feeling about them coming. Not that he doesn't want them to come. He does, it's just that since we shifted, the house became so fragile. (Read: glass and ceramic everywhere) so we are busy shifting the breakables into a box and I have to be bundled out of the room and sleep in my sister's. Yeah, and we watched 3 movies at the same time.
My mom saw the aftermath of my room and wished that I could always keep it as tidy as what she saw. But if I must do that, I would have to shift out of the house.
So, when my dad came back from a meeting outside, he quickly did a routine check. Out go my lamp into my sister's room (reason: it's a standing lamp, kids could think of it as a tree), out go the radio, change the bed position, gone are the remote controls, and gone is my room. I said to myself, he must have been expecting a herd of elephant.
Who knows? It could just be the whole army of Narnia into our house.
Okay, I am exaggerating.
And my dear uncle reads this blog...sometimes. Right? :)
Never buy food in GSC Cinemas. You could wait for hours and people could just miss the show. Narnia was sold out but it seemed like only 10 was in the hall when the movie started. I was so tempted to change seats, but after that, the first row was still the best.
At least the people next to me keep their lips tightly together.
But Narnia is still a nice show. I like it. They could have just followed the book word for word though. Like question: How in the world are they going to make it up to Mrs. Macready for the broken knight?

Left The House
Aiks...must catch House M.D repeats on this Saturday.
Have yourself a merry little Christmas, let your heart be light, from now on, our troubles will be out of sight...
Sigh..."Pernoch" just left Malaysia a few hours ago...didn't bear to see him hug everyone...I had to turn around...and laugh instead of cry...
I had to comfort everyone else...
Inside..sigh...it was tough to say bye to the wild-and-serious-17-year-old-boy...so bah..pah...will not talk about him unless called for.
Will not talk about my so-called friend Jr...cause for a while I wish I could really do something to him...like punch him or pinch him hard....or just smack him. But I still "treasure" him so much to just laugh out so loud he thought I just went nuts...as Paulynn said, I must have drop my brains when I fell yesterday...or it's just maybe I ate too many sour-sweet mandarin orange slices. Yeah. It must have been the orange.
Imagine this! I have not fell on the ground for two years! And I broke record yesterday. Instead of falling down staircases, I fell on the last step..which is like what? The ground?! So, yeah..I must have step on something which caused me to twist a little of my foot and down goes my the other foot and hands...so duh...my mom asked me what has happened to me and called me a Big Potato. Dai Fan Shu!
Now 8TV is showing "Not Just A Pretty Face" starring Joey Yung and Roger Kwok...so theme of this year...
GO GO GO!
+But me, I'm not giving up. I'm sticking around to see what GOD will do. I'm waiting for God to make things right. My God will hear me.+

This Is For...
This post is specially dedicated to a great friend...
Warning: few pictures...can be quite blur... and really long post.
Remember how cameras became digital cameras? So you can just upload it into your computer without needing to look for a photo shop?

Well, this is for you Enoch Liew.

He would be the one walking around and talking to everyone he knows in church.
He's the head prefect of his school! (Though I still couldn't swallow it)
He's the one who has been the "wanted" guy in the girls' group cause he's so fun to talk to.
When he's excited, he would really jump and do all sorts of weird stuff... :)
He will be the one making many laugh.
He will be the one of the dancers on stage.

LtoR: Daryll, Enoch & Allan (in red shirts)
He is one of those who have really deep dimples on both sides of his cheek, that makes you want to pinch him.

He is the guy who would wear a bowtie and orange shirt and be the most uniquely dressed guy in the whole bunch.

Look for the bowtie boy!
He will be the one looking innocent but actually isn't. :)

And he is some top A student in his school...wow!
And...
he is one of the most wonderful guy that I have ever known...

Dearest friend,
I hope that we will see each other again...I mean, you may come back for holidays but we might not meet you see...and EIGHT long years! *sob sob...how hard is it to bear to not see this bubbly "little" boy who would give his dimply smile and say 'hi!' How long have we known each other? Aiks...cannot remember. I think about 5,6 years?! That is long...but it's not as long as how you are gonna leave...wah...eight years...still can't believe it..
Oh well, will not hinder your 'joy' of leaving...we have shared most of our greetings in person, so I won't say much here...just that...you take care of yourself and don't ever let yourself turn into a nasty fella okay? :) And yeah, though we may lose touch when you leave (since both of us are such terrible friends to each other...hahaha), I guess I will still remember you. One day I will just ask...hmm....where is Enoch? :)
You have been a great and wonderful pal...and I still can remember all the punches you give me...ouch...gosh...what can I say more?
I am going to miss you and if we ever do keep in touch, we will. But do try to send an email back once in a while...or snap more pictures to show us that you are still alive and well. ;P
God bless you and look to Him for guidance in a familiarly strange land. You got your brother so both of you can stick to each other...:) Will see you soon...and yeah, invite me to your wedding. Reminding you here! Hehe...
Thanks for everything that you are and all that you've done. Take care and don't miss us too much yeah... :)
Now, from Dr. Seuss:
Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You're off to Great Places!
You're off and away!
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You're on your own.
And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy who'll decide where to go.
You'll look up and down streets. Look 'em over with care.
About some you will say, "I don't choose to go there."
With your head full of brains and your shoes full of feet,
you're too smart to go down any not-so-good street.
And you may not find any
you'll want to go down.
In that case, of course,
you'll head straight out of town.
It's opener there in the wide open air.
Out there things can happen and frequently do
to people as brainy and footsy as you.
And when things start to happen, don't worry.
Don't stew. Just go right along.
You'll start happening too.
OH!THE PLACES YOU'LL GO!
You'll be on your way up!
You'll be seeing great sights!
You'll join the high fliers who soar to high heights.
You won't lag behind, because you'll have the speed.
You'll pass the whole gang and you'll soon take the lead.
Wherever you fly, you'll be the best of the best.
Wherever you go, you will top all the rest.
Except when you don't
Because, sometimes, you won't.
I'm sorry to say so but, sadly, it's true
and Hang-ups can happen to you.
You can get all hung up in a prickle-ly perch.
And your gang will fly on.
You'll be left in a Lurch.
You'll come down from the Lurch with an unpleasant bump.
And the chances are, then, that you'll be in a Slump.
And when you're in a Slump,
you're not in for much fun.
Un-slumping yourself is not easily done.
You will come to a place where the streets are not marked.
Some windows are lighted. But mostly they're darked.
A place you could sprain both your elbow and chin!
Do you dare to stay out?
Do you dare to go in?
How much can you lose? How much can you win?
And IF you go in, should you turn left or right...or right-and-three-quarters? Or, maybe, not quite?
Or go around back and sneak in from behind?
Simple it's not, I'm afraid you will find,
for a mind-maker-upper to make up his mind.
You can get so confused
that you'll start in to race
down long wiggled roads at a break-necking pace
and grind on for miles across weirdish wild space,
headed, I fear, toward a most useless place.
The Waiting Place......for people just waiting.
Waiting for a train to go or a bus to come, or a plane to go or the mail to come, or the rain to go
or the phone to ring, or the snow to snow
or waiting around for a Yes or a No
or waiting for their hair to grow.
Everyone is just waiting.
Waiting for the fish to bite
or waiting for wind to fly a kite
or waiting around for Friday night
or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake
or a pot to boil, or a Better Break
or a string of pearls, or a pair of pants
or a wig with curls, or Another Chance.
Everyone is just waiting.
NO!That's not for you!
Somehow you'll escape
all that waiting and staying.
You'll find the bright places
where Boom Bands are playing.
With banner flip-flapping,
once more you'll ride high!
Ready for anything under the sky.
Ready because you're that kind of a guy!
Oh, the places you'll go!
All Alone!
Whether you like it or not,
Alone will be something
you'll be quite a lot.
And when you're alone, there's a very good chance
you'll meet things that scare you right out of your pants.
There are some, down the road between hither and yon,
that can scare you so much you won't want to go on.
But on you will go though the weather be foul
On you will go though your enemies prowl
On you will go though the Hakken-Kraks howl
Onward up man ya frightening creek, though your arms may get sore and your sneakers may leak.
You'll get mixed up, of course,as you already know.
You'll get mixed upwith many strange birds as you go.
So be sure when you step.
Step with care and great tact
and remember that Life's a Great Balancing Act.
Just never forget to be dexterous and deft. And never mix up your right foot with your left. And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed! (98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed.)
KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS!So...be your name Buxbaum or Bixby or Brayor Mordecai Ali Van Allen O'Shea,
you're off to Great Places!
Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting.
So...get on your way!
All the best, Enoch!
+But me, I'm not giving up. I'm sticking around to see what GOD will do. I'm waiting for God to make things right. My God will hear me.+
